Service Description
1 hour session · $65 per participant A comprehensive and intentional dynamic warm-up is implemented to properly prime the neuromuscular system and prepare the body for high-level performance. This preparatory sequence emphasizes core activation through both bracing and rotational engagement, ensuring athletes establish stability before producing force. Movements are strategically designed to progress through all three planes of motion—sagittal, frontal, and transverse—allowing for multidirectional readiness that mirrors the demands of on-court play. Particular attention is given to activating and strengthening the posterior chain through controlled eccentric overloading resistance exercises. By emphasizing deceleration, force absorption, and controlled lengthening under tension, athletes enhance muscular coordination, joint stability, and power efficiency. This foundational work not only reduces injury risk but also optimizes force production and movement mechanics prior to transitioning into basketball-specific skill development and performance training on the court. On-court skill enhancement will serve as the next phase of development, seamlessly building upon the physical preparation established during the performance warm-up. This segment will emphasize intentional, high-repetition skill refinement designed to translate directly into game application. Athletes will engage in structured ball-handling sequences to improve control under pressure, change-of-pace efficiency, and decision-making in tight spaces. Finishing development will prioritize touch, balance, and body control through varied angles and contact scenarios, reinforcing the ability to score effectively in dynamic environments. Shooting instruction will focus on mechanics, rhythm, and shot consistency, integrating both form correction and game-speed execution. To ensure equitable development and maintain program integrity, all participants will receive balanced and equal repetitions across each skill category. This approach fosters measurable progression, reinforces accountability, and guarantees that every athlete receives the same opportunity for growth and refinement.
