OUR MISSION & CORE COMPETENCIES
Within 4th Quarter Training Inc., our mission is to empower communities through elite basketball training. Training that cultivates leadership, discipline, and personal growth through the comparable teachings of the game of basketball and life. All trainers and staff are dedicated to developing the next generation of players by providing access to high-level skill development, strength and conditioning, and sport-specific plyometrics and agility—all rooted in mentorship that extends beyond the court.
Built for the people, by the people, we strive to leave a lasting impact through our commitment to charity, love, discipline, and persistence. Our goal is to be an inspiring muse of greatness in each individual we serve, ensuring every athlete becomes a beacon of excellence and community-driven purpose. Through divine design we aim to ensure each of our athletes are “Built 4 The Moment”

LOVE
A constant; reflecting the unwavering commitment to uplift others through service, unity, and purpose—mirroring both faith and teamwork on and off the court.
"Let all that you do be done in love."
(1 Corinthians 16:14)
FAITH
Belief that the work has purpose beyond the outcome—that showing up, staying disciplined, and giving your all is a reflection of trust in a greater plan. Faith fuels perseverance, even when recognition or reward isn't promised, because the true victory lies in obedience, growth, and character built along the way.
LEADERSHIP
The strongest leaders lead through the exemplification of servitude —serving with love, purpose, and unwavering faith… “Leaders hold position of power; those that lead inspire belief” - Simon Sinek
"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve..." (Mark 10:45)
DISCIPLINE & PERSISTENCE
The building block to our success; a commitment to the process of developing. Greatness is forged in the unseen hours and steady effort.
"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace..." (Hebrews 12:11) "Let Perseverance Finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." (James 1;4)
